Negative and fearful thoughts are something we all deal with on a regular basis, especially when we want to do something new or different in life. Sometimes, they are there to protect us from danger, but more often than not, they just hold us back from following our passions and contributing to the world.

Understanding how the mind operates is the first step to gaining control over these thoughts. In this video I share my learnings of how the mind works and how I have learnt to deal with self sabotaging thoughts.
